Marshmallow Popcorn

1/2 C butter
1 1/2 C sugar
1/2 C karo syrup
1 tsp vanilla
popcorn
3 C marshmallows

Combine marshmallows and popcorn in large bowl. Bring butter, sugar, karo syrup to a boil for 3 minutes. Take off heat and add vanilla. Pour over the popcorn and marshmallows.
