1 green & red peppers, cut into strips
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 lb chicken, cut into strips
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
4 tortillas, warmed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cook and stir veggies in large skillet on med high heat for 3 minutes. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in bbq sauce; cook on med heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon chicken mixture down center of tortillas; top with cheese. Roll up and enjoy!
