4 sliced, cooked chicken breasts
4 heads of broccoli chopped, steamed and drained well
Sauce:
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp onion or garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Simmer cream cheese, milk, salts, and a 1/4 cup parmesan cheese in a saucepan. Cook until thick. Grease 11x7 or 9" round baking dish and place broccoli on bottom. Add 1/2 cup sauce. Lay chicken breasts over. Add rest of sauce. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve over rice.
