So, I remember a little while back in Heather's blog, she said she didn't have a recipe for this, or maybe, she just didn't want to make it. I can't remember, but, I LOVE my recipe for Alfredo sauce. This is Kason's favorite meal.
2 chicken breasts, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 stick butter
milk for desired consistency
3-4 TBSP flour
1 pint half and half
1 small bag grated Parmesan cheese
*Cook chicken and garlic in a little bit of oil.
*Melt butter, flour, and half and half together. Thicken.
*Add Parmesan cheese and mix together. Add milk until your desired consistency. (I seriously don't know how much milk I add, but I like mine pretty runny, so I would just add a little at a time, until you have the right consistency)
*Add chicken to sauce and mix together.
*Serve over fettuccine or penne noodles.

Food Supply Recipe
Our Relief society presidency is trying to help everyone get a 3 month supply of food for their families. Every 3 weeks they are going to hand out a new recipe to help people along. I thought I would post them as well in case any of you are interested. The recipe is on the front and on the back they are listing everything you need to make it 4 times. It also included this message. "Once you make this recipe - replenish the ingredients you used so that you have a rotating three month supply of food you can make for your family." I have alot of items in my food storage but I haven't necessarily made sure that I can make meals from the things that I have.

Super Easy Chicken Pot Pie
2-3 frozen chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2-3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
handful of carrots, cut
1 stalk of celery
1 pkg refrigerated biscuits
Place frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of crock pot. Add all other ingredients and cook on low 6-8 hours. You can really add whatever veggies you want. I added frozen peas the last hour and stirred things around as well as shredded the chicken up. The friend I got this recipe from just makes the biscuits and serves them on the side so she doesn't have to eat bread. You could use whatever biscuits, rolls or bread that you want. The flavor was really good, everyone loved it.
