1 tbsp olive oil
onion, diced
4 cloves garlic
1/2 can green chiles, drained
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
6 cups chicken broth
2 cans S&W white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
4 chicken breast, cooked & shredded
1 cup sour cream
3 cups Monterey Jack Cheese
Saute onions, garlic and chiles in olive oil. Add all ingredients except sour cream and cheese and simmer. Add those 1/2 hours before serving. Serve with cheese, sour cream, fritos, green onions, etc...
