1 lb chicken, cooked and shredded
15 oz can crushed tomatoes
10 oz can enchilada sauce
1 med onion, minced
4oz chopped green chiles
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups water
14.5oz can chicken broth
1 can corn (add the last 15 mins of cooking)
1 can black beans (add the last 15 mins of cooking)
Mix together and simmer. I put mine in the crock pot and left it for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with chips, sour cream, cheese etc...
