(peanut butter cup cookies)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
48 mini reese's peanut butter cups OR Hershey's milk chocolate hearts
Preheat oven to 350. Mix first 6 ingredients and then add dry ingredients. Mix well. Spread batter out on a flat surface and cut into 48 little pieces. Grease a mini muffin tin and roll little pieces into balls. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. As soon as you take them out of the oven place a chocolate heart or peanut butter cup in each cookie. Let cool for a couple of minutes in the pan.
