6 boneless pork chops, trimmed
3 tbsp splenda (or brown sugar)
2 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar
8 oz can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp soy sauce
Brown both sides of pork chops. Place in a baking dish. In a sauce pan combine sugar and corn starch. Add other ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil. Pour over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
